…and we’re back!
Yes, having moved into an area that offers better, faster access to the internet has provided Jill and I with the opportunity to stand up our family website once again. We tried the MSN groups bulletin board feature to keep the Langan family connected, but what once appeared to be a well received idea quickly found it’s sheen fade over time. Thus, we’ve restored the “Langan Family Website” to allow us to post with abandon without feeling like we’re suffering from a severe case of hubris. With a New Look
We hope you like the new format. The old website, if you remember, was designed for a far larger display. I’ve formatted the pages for normal resolution to allow you to see everything at once as well as the capability to print it more easily. Unless another idea comes along, we’ll stick with the cover page with sub pages for us and the kids as well as any other special interest items we need a separate section for.

This monthHappy Halloween! Yes, it’s October again. Piper, who, for previous Halloween’s, has been a pea pod and a tiger, moved into the fairy princess role for this All Hallows Eve celebration. We’re going to go pumpkin shopping for her and Zoe this weekend and get her some memories of digging the guts out of a pumpkin. Zoe will probably wear a hand-me-down identity this year for the trek around the apartment complex. The daycare is putting on a Halloween party for the children, but we’re undecided yet if we want to take Piper; we may just stick with the “trick-or-treat in the neighborhood” idea. The two of them have been growing like weeds. Check out their page to see what they’ve been up to and to view recent pictures. Building continues on our house with the pouring of the concrete pads for the basement and garage floors. We can now better visualize the orientation of the house with respect to the lot. We’ve been out to see the model home, which is similar to our plan, and it’s coming along as well. Other homeowners in the subdivision are in various stages of completion, so we’ll actually have a neighborhood by the time we move in; more houses are going in and business seems to be booming. We’ve posted pictures and a commentary on the house page.
